Welcome to TheGoToMarketStrategy (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). This Service and Revision Policy governs your purchase and use of our digital launch service plans (“Services”) as outlined on our website.

By purchasing any of our Services, you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Nature of Services

Our Services include one-time deliverables such as product page design, video creation, positioning strategies, and ad setup, as described in each service tier. We strive to deliver exceptional quality and results based on the package purchased.

2. Revisions Policy

Each plan includes a clearly stated number of revision rounds:

  • Starter: 0 revisions
  • Growth: 1 revision round
  • Pro: 2 revision rounds
  • Ultimate: As outlined during onboarding (case-specific)

Revision Scope:

  • Revisions are limited to minor edits and refinements based on the original brief.
  • Major structural or conceptual changes, additional creative directions, or last-minute brand pivots will not be considered revisions and may incur additional charges.
  • All revision requests must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery. Requests made beyond this period may not be honored.

We reserve the right to reject revision requests that:

  • Fall outside the original project scope.
  • Are repetitive, excessive, or unreasonable.
  • Are abusive or submitted in bad faith.

3. Project Timeline & Delivery

Timelines vary based on the selected package and client responsiveness. Delays in providing required inputs (e.g., branding assets, product details) will result in a paused or rescheduled timeline.

Delivery estimates are not binding but serve as general guidelines. We aim to complete all projects within a professional and reasonable timeframe.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information in a timely manner.
  • Maintain professional communication throughout the engagement.
  • Refrain from hostile, defamatory, or disruptive behavior.

Failure to cooperate may result in paused services or termination without refund.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the digital and custom nature of our work, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases where:

  • A significant delivery error was made on our part.
  • A project is not initiated within 10 business days due to internal delays.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Dislike of creative direction after final delivery.
  • Missed deadlines caused by client inaction or delay.

6. Content Ownership & Usage

Upon full payment, the final approved deliverables are the intellectual property of the Client, except for any licensed third-party assets (e.g., stock media, music) used with permission.

We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio or marketing channels unless a prior NDA is agreed upon.

7. Ad Campaign Disclaimer

For clients purchasing the Ultimate Launch tier:

  • We will manage ad setup, creative, targeting, and reporting.
  • We do not guarantee sales, conversions, or return on ad spend.
  • Ad spend is paid directly by the Client. We are not responsible for payment failures, account bans, or platform-related disruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific service tier. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.

9. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve all concerns amicably. However, if a dispute arises:

  • Both parties agree to attempt informal resolution via written communication.
  • If unresolved, the matter will be subject to the governing laws of the country and handled in the appropriate local courts.

10. Policy Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page.
